Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, we enjoyed a fantastic location just minutes away from Universal Studios, making our trip super convenient. The rooms were pleasant and clean, providing a decent stay, but the mattresses needed replacement. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, as it felt rushed and unwelcoming, especially during check-in. While the overall experience had its bright spots, improvements in service and cleanliness would elevate this hotel significantly.
